Plato once wrote, “Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything.” For me, those words have always felt like truth in motion. Music is my driving force.

Before I ever stepped onto a stage or formed a band, many people tried to discourage the idea. But my thought was simple: why not? Life is meant to be experienced beyond the ordinary. Go after the extraordinary. Break free from the norms and pursue the things that make your spirit come alive.

At Y Designs, we believe in taking everything to a higher level, and music is no different. Performing is an extension of the same creative philosophy that drives my design work. From the songs I choose, to the energy of the performance, to the outfits and atmosphere surrounding the moment, every detail is intentional. In many ways, music is design in the air—a living experience created in real time.

What I love most about performing is the connection. The ability to entertain, uplift, and share joy with people in the moment. Music allows me to give back to the community, to celebrate life together, and to create memories that live far beyond the final note.

My personal mantra is simple:

“Go after life.”
